Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information to hold a BDG Win account. One account is permitted per individual; duplicate accounts may be restricted or merged at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
BDG Win accounts must be used personally and not on behalf of a third party without prior approval, such as through the Agent Program. Any attempt to exploit reward systems, referral tracking or game mechanics outside intended use may result in account review or restriction.
Rewards, Withdrawals and Changes
Reward eligibility and withdrawal processing follow the terms described on the Rewards and Withdrawal Guide pages. BDG Win may update these terms periodically; continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Suspension and Account Review
BDG Win may review or temporarily restrict an account where activity appears to conflict with these terms — including suspected duplicate accounts, reward system exploitation, or payment verification issues — while the matter is looked into. Where possible, affected players are notified through the account or registered contact details.
A restriction is not automatically permanent; resolving the underlying issue, such as completing verification or clarifying account history through Support, is generally the path back to normal account access.
