Enter the mobile number registered to your BDG Win account and request a reset code. Confirm the code sent to your number, then choose a new password. Once set, log in normally using your number and the new password.
If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact Support directly for identity-verified account recovery.
Choosing a Password That Holds Up
Since your registered number and password are the only two things standing between anyone and your wallet, it's worth choosing a new password you haven't reused on another account, rather than a quick variation of the old one.
If you reset your password because you suspect someone else had access, it's also worth reviewing your recent activity from the account dashboard afterward, just to confirm nothing changed while you were locked out.
